This presentation is not a challenge to your authority, and it is not a challenge to CBBB’s authority, and rights over the BBB copyrights and
trademarks. Following consideration, I have not extended you the courtesy of a warning for this publishing, not because of intentions to be
discourteous, but rather, for the following reasons:
I do not trust at present, the intentions and motivations of one or more current CBBB high level decision makers. As such, I fear that with
ample warning, I may have had reason to fear for the “unknown”, rather than expect any constructive actions.
On the other hand, giving somebody a “heads-up”, only to have all this material appear over-night, may have been reasonably considered insulting
and deceitful – and that was not my intention.
Therefore, having unsuccessfully tried to resolve matters in the past with the CBBB former CEO, and knowing the conflicting and hurtful views
of some CBBB current staff, and NOT knowing what kind of person – from many respects - is the current CBBB CEO, thus perhaps the corporate “”
defining the CBBB at present, - I considered it best, and most constructive – and within my rights, to a degree - as entitled by the BBB
license earned and granted by the CBBB BOD in 2005.

Furthermore, I considered it best, and most constructive, in the context of the issues which have not yet been resolved – to get this
“one shot” for enabling “Truth and Facts” to win the day, and hope to use it constructively and without the associated emotions, in order to
try to turn a painful negative into a historical positive, and also to bring attention to a matter, which may not only be an issue of personal
interest, but it may also qualify as a topic of interest to US Economics, Global Economics, Civil Society, Homeland Security, CBBB Programs.
Please know – my presentation of material on this website, at this point in time – is “minimal”. I am acting on good faith, only presenting
the minimum I feel I need to present in order to establish the truth, and give the truth an opportunity for a new conclusion – fair and
constructive – while trying to steer away from personalizing matters – as much as I can, considering the nature of the events, and the painful
nature of the experiences.

This brings me to the point I would like to make to those who may be aware of the truth, and "in-justice", I am living for the past 6 years.
What are the consequences of dismissing “Truth and Facts”?...of considering “Truth and Justice” discriminately, as a function of our own personal
loyalties?
This may offer the opportunity of a unique and rare “teachable” moment:
I claim to have patented and developed the next “mega” idea – enabling a significant impact on economics, jobs, […], to national security i.e., in the context of Product Authentication solution applicable in all stages of the production cycle.
- In 2005, I was trying to convince the CBBB former CEO and another important market leader of this, in Arlington - asking for review of a proof of concept demonstration.
- In 2011 – six years later - I am presenting to you how – not only have I been victimized, despite my rights to truth, and justice,
but so may have many who may have been deprived of what my breakthrough innovation could have done for them.
If truth and facts and justice have been observed for me – as a courtesy to our constitution – many more may have subsequently benefited from
this act alone, already.
Ron – you were in Russia at the time of the initial events.
However, you have become aware first-hand, subsequently, how the accusations raised against me and for terminating the license, simply
did not apply. You know what the truth was/is, and I don’t think you liked it, nor agreed for one minute
with what followed, upon your return to the US, from Romania. Especially, since we both agreed with what had to be done for BBB RO to
move forward, which was not permitted by your former CEO, for reasons which you may not have been aware off, at the time.
However, it is never too late to stand for the truth.
Mr. Cox, your background is with the Marines. I have the deepest admiration, appreciation, and respect for the Core.

person's expectations/imagination - so am I ready to take steps to support this as the truth - therefore, I am ready at any time, to take a

If you say that there was no reason to cancel the launch…why did the BOD vote to cancel the launch?...and if it was the BOD who decided to cancel, why did you present that here were others who were responsible? Perhaps this is why the CBBB former CEO insisted to not discuss “past events” anymore – because he was concerned that you may be harassing Board members for voting against you, i.e., to cancel the launch?

Why did the CBBB former CEO invoke as reason for terminating the license, a sudden revelation that you were trying to obtain ridiculous sums of money for services you performed which were not agreed upon in advance to entitle you to such large sums?...Are you really a charlatan?

If the CBBB former CEO was already aware of the Veto Powers - since before the BBB license was granted, as charged - then why would he possibly
expose himself to the risk of compromising the GA/forcing members to discuss the license termination and the suggested
option/requirements for reinstatement - instead of the scheduled agenda with the "Launch Cancellation" events - when even if the Members were persuaded
to drop the Launch Cancelation Issue, recognize the License Termination as legitimate, and address the requirements for License Reinstatement
"to the letter" - the Veto could still be raised to prevent any discussions/decisions other than the "License Cancellation" first?
If the Veto is so undesirable for the CBBB former CEO - especially for having to go on record to overrule it - in conflict of interest -
then would his risk be worth what could possibly be gained by such compromising actions?
What could possibly be gained by such compromising actions, that would make the "intent", actions, and compromising effects a foregone conclusion?

The CBBB former CEO motivated License Termination on account that you were attacking the Board Members, dictating to them, not allowing the BOD
to govern. He further emphasized that the BOD was not constituted to govern. Why were you dictating to the Board, attacking the Directors?
